I am passionate about helping people move with greater comfort, confidence and freedom. With nearly 30 years of physical therapy experience, I bring a thoughtful, personalized approach to every person I work with. I take time to listen, understand what is getting in the way and create a practical plan based on each person’s needs and goals.
My background includes orthopedic physical therapy, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, concussion recovery, persistent pain and movement-related concerns. I use a combination of guided exercise, hands-on treatment, dry needling and practical education to help people recover from injury, manage ongoing symptoms and return to the activities that matter to them.
In 2021, I completed advanced coursework and certification as a Certified Myofascial Physical Therapist in Dry Needling (CMFPT/DN). Dry needling has become an important part of my work, helping address muscle tightness, trigger points, pain and restricted movement. I remain committed to continuing education and evidence-informed care so I can offer effective treatment options tailored to each person.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, traveling, reading, knitting and rock collecting. I especially value time outdoors on our family farmland, which has been restored to native prairie grassland, as well as visits to Lake Superior and Minnesota’s North Shore.
